From the front to the back of the building, From the front desk to the back everyone is top notch, from their sincerity and compassion for their patients to their passion for their work. My first day there I couldn’t walk I had to get wheeled to the exam room and for a single independent woman you can only imagine how scary that can be not able to get around and do for yourself. Today was my last day of therapy and I am back to my old self walking and self sufficient. I will be continuing maintenance treatments because I can’t imagine never seeing my peeps again. And not to mention the cracking and popping is so therapeutic for me and OMG the muscle work is amazing. So whether your hurting or just wanna get cracked go see Dr. Lowder and her crew. I walked in my first day not knowing what to expect, was in so much pain from an injury that I couldn’t even sit comfortably in a chair. They dive deep into your medical history, challenge you to heal your body, and give you a nice massage before Doc gets to crackin. The staff is attentive and great with small talk. They welcome me by name and treat me like I’m family. Thankful to know I’m not just a patient but a friend, that found one of the best spots to heal and get stronger in Hammond! All N With Tiffany McGary-Cyprian 00:53 24 Dec 23 This was my first visit , I was nervous , anxious, frustrated & worried b/c of what I’ve been through & how long I’ve been going through it to where I would just always feel disgusted going to Dr’s , any appointments etc. well when Ms Kelly came to get me & we got into the exam room & began talking & going over everything (b/c I’m very emotional about my condition & what I’ve been through & going through) I cried some & they were very supportive & understanding (there was another lady present with her & I can’t remember her name) ??‍♀️ but she was very nice also, even gave me Kleenex when I started crying . Then Dr. Lowder came in with Kelly & Kelly was explaining to me that she had advised Dr Lowder of what we talked about . Dr. Lowder’s personality, demeanor & professionalism was just awesome . Her exam was very very thorough & she understood & pinpointed every target on me. She’s very compassionate well. I felt she was. I’ve been through a lot & wanted to give up on trying therapy Tx & any other Sx , I can say when I left this appointment I was confident that I would be getting some relief once I start treatment . Thank you guys so much it’s greatly appreciated, I know many say it’s your job but it’s about How you do your job & you guys were awesome ! Thank you for making me feel comfortable.
